Location: 60 Worsley Street, Barrie
The Barrie Public Library is centrally located in the downtown area, at the corner of Worsley and Owen streets, close to the city's beautiful waterfront parks. The building and facilities are fully accessible. Use our location map to determine the best way for you to get here.

The East Hanmer bus stops at our doors on its way back to the terminal. We are also within walking distance of the bus terminal.

Bicycling
Bike racks are available for securing your bicycle outdoors.

Driving
Four highways come within a short distance of our building. Highway 400, 11, 26 and 27.
bullet Parking
Paid parking is available behind the library, and can be accessed from McDonald Street. Additional parking is available beside the library. Disabled Persons parking is located along the street near the front doors. Motorists displaying an Ontario Handicap Parking Permit are exempt from paying for parking at City lots or City meters. Vehicles displaying an Ontario Veteran's license plate are exempt from parking fees.
