Congratulations to St. Monica's Catholic Elementary School on their victory in the 2010 Grand Battle. Students from the St. Monica's team were Adam, Alyssa, Ana, Bennett, Charlotte, Evan, Laura, Logan and Mollie. The students were coached by teacher-librarian Gerri Priest. Congratulations also go to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Elementary School on their silver medal and to West Bayfield Elementary School on their bronze medal. The other Grand Battle finalists were Kempenfelt Bay School, Ferndale Woods Elementary School, Emma King Elementary School, Holly Meadows Elementary School and Codrington Public School.
