Reference questions: (Reference, reading ideas, community information, school project, etc.)

• By telephone during library hours. Call 728-1010 and choose option # 3 - Information Barrie and Library Reference Information.
• Email Inquiries
  • Ask your reference questions using the Ask a Librarian Online form.
  • Get Reader's Advice - including questions about authors using the Reader's Questions Form
• Live Chat reference – ask library staff questions through askON online chat

Circulation questions (Patron records, fines or overdue material)

• In person, at the Library
• By telephone during library hours. Call 728-1010 and choose
  option # 2 - Renewals, Holds and Patron Records. Choose option # 2 - Speak to a staff member.
